Return Process

  Place the items in their original SAINT ALEXANDER box and protective dust bags, ensuring the shipment is securely sealed for transit.

  Affix the Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid DHL express shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of your parcel.

  Drop Off or Collection

  Drop off your package at any authorized shipping point or schedule a complimentary courier pickup through our portal for your convenience.
